Andrea has a passion for protecting the environment and has dedicated her career to improving water quality using new and emerging technologies. She has a broad-based knowledge of water and wastewater treatment design, specializing in biological and chemical oxidation processes and gas-to-liquid transfer. In her current role, Andrea leads the Application Engineering team at Moleaer, where her research focuses on developing the science of nanobubbles and their application within the Water-Environment-Food nexus.

Anna Kate brings six years of experience in managing multiple projects and events from start to finish in both the public and private sectors. Anna Kate has a Master of Science in Economic Development and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Southern Mississippi. Baji Gobburi

Baji possesses 25 years of industrial water and environmental services expertise. He has led the launch and successful expansion of three early-stage startups as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing since 2016. Prior to this, Baji served as Director of New Product Development at Energy Recovery Inc. and held various global management positions at General Electric. His roles at GE included North American Field Services Leader and General Manager of the Caribbean desalination business. Baji earned an MBA degree from The University of Chicago's Booth School of Business, a Master’s degree in hazardous waste management from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Osmania University in India.

Benjamin Labbe

Benjamin is an Agricultural Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the agricultural business and expertise in farm management, agrochemicals business and market development in Latin America. Prior to Moleaer, he served as Sales Coordinator at Valent Biosciences, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Chemical, worldwide leaders of Biorational Chemistry for the agriculture market. Benjamin founded Kapicua in 2018 in Chile and Peru and pioneered the implementation of Moleaer nanobubble technology in outdoor irrigation in Latin America.

Bob is native to the Netherlands where he lives. He specializes in the development of biological and mechanical water purification and filtration systems for lakes, swimming ponds, pools, and aquatic animal enclosures. Before joining Moleaer, Bob was the business unit manager at Ecosys Europe, a company that creates natural swimming pools and ornamental lakes and ponds for resorts, zoos and private properties. For the last 17 years, Bob has dedicated his free time to Testudine preservation and protection.

Brad has more than 14 years of water industry expertise, with extensive experience in municipal and industrial water and wastewater applications, including power, mining, petrochemical, municipal solid waste, dairy, food and beverage, groundwater remediation, and protein. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from the University of Nebraska. He is also a licensed professional engineer in the state of Connecticut.

In 2002, he founded SoCal Water; a company focused on after-market service of existing industrial and wastewater facilities. Bryan has 20 years of experience in the global water industry. Prior to joining Moleaer, Bryan spent seven years as Chief Executive Officer of Voltea, which specialized in water purification; prior to this, Bryan co-founded and served as the Vice President of Operations for Seven Seas Water, during the company's early-stage growth in water production and wastewater treatment plants. Bryan earned a PhD from the School of Polymers and High Performance Materials at the University of Southern Mississippi, and leads the Caribbean BOO portfolio for GE Water & Process Technologies as Program Manager.

Cesar Herrera

Cesar has worked in the water and wastewater industry for 18 years with an extensive background in water quality analysis, wastewater, and drinking water treatment plant operation and maintenance. He previously worked as a technical assistant for water quality problems throughout Venezuela and assisted in developing and evaluating conceptual engineering projects for drinking water treatment plant rehabilitation. Cesar is enthusiastic about working towards sustainable water treatment and resource conservation. He earned a Chemical Engineering degree from Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela, a Masters in Wastewater Treatment and Management from Alicante University in Spain, and an Advanced Masters in Technologies for Integrated Water Management from Antwerp University in Belgium.

Chris Stephan

Chris began his career in commercial landscape construction in the 1990s. With a lifelong passion for watersports and a family of boating industry professionals, Chris's passion for water merged into his career in the early 2000s. He owned and operated a 20+ person landscape construction, site development, and soils company and was an early adopter in natural pond construction. In the late 2000s, Chris worked business development and sales for a large forestry equipment dealer, then operated a large forest products /sawmill company that brought him from Minnesota to the West Coast in 2012. In 2017, Chris joined the water treatment industry. At Moleaer, he's turned his passion for renewable resources and water treatment expertise into revolutionary business development initiatives.

Christian joined Moleaer in 2019 with a strong passion for clean water technology and application development. At Moleaer, Christian is an application engineer and manages applied research for surface water and other application development. He also coordinates nanobubble research with U.S. academic partners, studying their applications in separation, oxygenation, and oxidation applications. Christian earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering and M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh where his research focused on AOP technology development for contaminant removal.

Clint is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys many miles in the woods biking and running as well as many hours surfing and swimming in rivers and lakes around the area with his family.  He has come to appreciate the finite natural resources available to us and works diligently to protect them.  Professionally he started working in his Grandfather's manufacturing plant in the 90’s learning the value of hard work and accountability for results.  This led to owning and managing a couple of different service businesses before becoming involved at Moleaer.

Davey comes to Moleaer with a background in the nursery and farming industries. He grew up on a third-generation farm and ranch and later co-owned and operated a nursery and garden center for over 15 years. Davey managed sales, landscape design and services, and in-house plant cultivation, which later transitioned into organic vegetable production in 11 acres of greenhouses. In his free time, Davey coaches wrestling for his kids and attends their sporting events. He looks forward to growing with Moleaer and apply his passion for agriculture and sales to bring chemical-free nanobubbles to more farmers in the United States.

Dennis Riling

With a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, Dennis specializes in Agtech, hydroponics, and regenerative living soil systems. Prior to joining Moleaer, he founded one of the first vertical farming research and development companies in the US and taught Hydroponics at the university level. Dennis is a systems thinker and strategist who has applied his experience from the Marine Corps in satellite communications and information management to agriculture and business development.

Duy graduated from University of California, Riverside with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering. He has always been fascinated with biology and engineering and learned that the word engineer comes from the latin ingeniare, meaning “to create or devise”. He chose a career with Moleaer in the water industry because water is a resource needed for all life and people often take water for granted. In his free time, Duy enjoys repairing motorcycles and automating aquarium systems into more sustainable ecosystems.

Emad brings a high level of skill and experience as a tubing and field technician to Moleaer's service team. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Ain Shams University, Egypt and become a member of the Worldwide Society of Petroleum Engineering. Later, he moved to the United States where he earned a Diploma in HVAC and EPA 608 Universal Certification from UEI College.

Federico was born in Rimini, Italy, land of Fellini, wine and bathing suits. Setting aside his natural attraction for the arts, he studied at Universita Politecnica delle Marche, where he graduated with both Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering, focusing on water treatment. He then moved to California and obtained his Ph.D at the University of California, Irvine with a dissertation focused on the optimization of wastewater treatment.

Gray started his career in the oilfields of Andrews, Texas, where he eventually became a leading field engineer. Gray worked on a wireline truck for eight years before moving into management and sales roles. He's now bringing his lifetime of agricultural and industrial experience to the water treatment industry as a service technician and oilfield salesperson at Moleaer.

Igor earned an Executive Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Escuela de Negocios and possess engineering degrees from the University of Deusto in Spain. As an American resident in Norway, Jan Eric brings 23 years of sales management and business development experience in the Scandinavian market to Moleaer. He has broad experience in sales, marketing, and product and concept development. Before Moleaer, Jason held a research position at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Mr. Green is a Founder and Managing Director of Rusheen Capital Management (RCM). Through RCM, which invests in and assists with the commercialization of low carbon and sustainable technologies, Mr. Green is: Executive Chairman of Moleaer; Founder of 1PointFive, the leading developer of Direct Air Capture plus Sequestration, a key technology for climate stabilization by removing CO2 out of the air and then storing it permanently in geological formations; Principal in RCM Carbon Engineering Partners, a direct investment vehicle in Carbon Engineering, the leading company for the direct air capture of CO2 from the atmosphere; and Founder and Board Member of C4-MCP, a low-cost, low-emission hydrogen production technology with only solid carbon byproduct. At the end of 2014, he completed his run as founder, CEO and Board Chair of NanoH2O, a global provider of reverse osmosis membranes that leverage nanotechnology to lower the cost of desalination. Mr. Green oversaw the rapid development of nanocomposite membranes from bench-scale research to next-generation commercial technology with over 300 installations in 40 countries in the 3 years from market launch. In April 2014, NanoH2O was acquired by LG Chem, the $22 billion global chemical company of the LG Group. Previously, as a software entrepreneur, Mr. Green founded Archive, Inc. (sold to Cyclone Commerce) and Stamps.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: "STMP"). In both companies, as VP of Marketing, Mr. Green directed company strategy and commercial operations. Jenn comes to Moleaer with a passion for the environment and water conservation as well as a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Sociology. Her background is in higher education, community outreach and digital marketing communications, specifically focused on horticulture, agriculture, and water conservation. While at University of Nevada, Reno Extension, Jenn co-authored several scientific factsheets and taught courses to professionals and the general public on water conservation, sustainable horticulture and soil health.

She has launched numerous new products, propelling them to commercial success in the U.S. and global marketplace. As Moleaer's Canadian Sales Manager, he collaborates with greenhouse farmers, builders, and CEA providers. Joel helped introduce LED grow lights into the Canadian horticulture market in his previous role as the Canadian National Sales Manager for a leading LED grow lighting manufacturer. He transitioned into the aerospace industry where he worked on optimizing manufacturing processes for multiple product lines. What brought Joel to Moleaer was his desire to be part of an industry that actively pushes for sustainable technology and the betterment of our community and environment.

John Crisman

John Crisman

John has worked in the water and wastewater industry for 18 years. His experience started in the installation of underground utilities and led to managing operations of a medium size sanitary district. John is a California State Water Resources Control Board Grade V and Texas Commission on Environment Quality Class A wastewater treatment plant operator, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering management from Arizona State University. He strives to use his strong problem-solving skills to improve efficiency, reduce costs and ultimately, provide a better product to the customer at a lower cost. Because of his passion for protecting public health and the environment, he pursues emerging technologies to overcome complex process challenges. As part of the Water Process Engineering team, he will work to advance the application of nanobubble technology in water, wastewater, and industrial waste treatment.

He also possesses a global market perspective of the applications and needs in many countries, cultures, and environments. Before Moleaer, Josh helped grow the nutrition brand Soylent by 400% over four years through leadership roles in corporate strategy, retail and Amazon sales, marketing, and international growth. Josh also previously worked for Bain & Company in Los Angeles, where he partnered with Fortune 500 clients in entertainment, energy, hospitality, insurance, non-profits, and private equity. Josh earned his Bachelor's degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

Justin joins Moleaer with over 8 years of experience in sales throughout the agriculture industry. Prior to Moleaer, he served as the sales manager for BioBee, a company that produces beneficial insects for agricultural uses. He served as an Integrated Pest Management Manager at Costa Farms. Justin graduated with a horticulture degree from North Carolina State University where he was a greenhouse research intern.

Kevin Watts

Kevin is a veteran of the oil and gas industry, in both O&G production as well as technical sales. In his previous role, he was the Global Oil and Gas sales director for The Linde Group, working on improved and enhanced oil and gas recovery using CO2, nitrogen, and natural gas liquids. Additionally, he holds several patents in the field of enhanced oil recovery, including some using nanotechnology. He has a master’s degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Chemistry from Ball State University.

Kevin graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Biology and focused on studying sustainability and regenerative practices. Kevin is interested in ways to mesh society's current practices with more sustainable means. Fascinated with biomimicry, he loves learning about how nature has evolved to create its own solutions and how humans can utilize these solutions to solve complex human issues. Since graduating Kevin has worked in an analytical chemistry lab for the past three years, running instrumentation and data analysis. With his experience with biology and chemistry, Kevin hopes to bring a more sustainable future through his work with nanobubble technology at Moleaer. The applications for nanobubble technology seem to be endless and he hopes to bring some of these promising applications to fruition. When not in the lab, Kevin enjoys appreciating nature, camping, and rock climbing.

Prior to Moleaer, Leah was a Senior Product Manager at Evonik (previously PeroxyChem), one of the largest specialty chemical companies in the world. She also brings experience as an Environmental Engineer at MWH Global, where she specialized in soil and water remediation. At Moleaer, Leah strives to combine her personal interest in green solutions with developing opportunities for Moleaer in the Food Safety segments. Leah earned a BS in Environmental Engineering from Lehigh University and MBA focusing on strategic management and marketing from Villanova University.

Mario Mondo joins Moleaer with 25 years of management, commercial and operational experience in water treatment companies operating over sixty water treatment facilities in twenty different countries. He was one of the original founders of AquaVenture Holdings Limited in 2006, which sold for $1.1 billion in 2020. He brings an extensive background in the water industry and executive level management to Moleaer as the Director of Global Services. Matt brings almost 20 years of experience helping early-stage companies assess new markets, commercialize core solutions, and develop new applications to address some of society’s most vexing challenges. As a Senior Business Development Manager at sustainable energy solutions provider EnerNOC (now part of Enel Group), Matt developed the first commercial and industrial customers in the company’s newest market and engaged them to help shape the company’s subsequent solutions. Prior to Moleaer, Matt was Vice President of Business Development at Mirah, a mental health software company where his duties included assessing new markets, developing pilot programs, and spearheading new product extensions. At Moleaer, Matt’s passion for proving the commercial viability of more sustainable solutions is core to his market development work in green hydrogen production and other industrial applications involving electrolysis. Matt has a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Mauricio Senabre

Mauricio possesses a passion for sustainability and agronomy. His background includes marketing strategy and execution for multi-national efforts in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East at startups and large international companies. Prior to Moleaer, he was the regional manager for Bioscore, a start-up in Spain that helps assess and certify hotels for international sustainability strategy and standards. Prior to that, he worked for Marriott International and Starwood Hotels and Resorts in international, brand and digital marketing. Mauricio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomic Engineering from Universidad Centro Occidental Lisandro Alvarado, Venezuela and an MBA from Universidad de Deusto in San Sebastián, Spain. He is bilingual in Spanish and English and has intermediate knowledge of Italian. He originally hails from Venezuela and currently lives in Valencia, Spain.

Michael received his bachelor’s and master’s in Mechanical Engineering at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and holds his certification in vehicle maintenance. He served three years in the Korean Air Force where he performed jet and turbofan engine maintenance. As a product engineer at Moleaer, Michael is excited to bring his passion and expertise to develop environmental-friendly products using nanobubble technology to benefit a healthier society.

Michael Davidson

Michael is a senior expert and practitioner in climate-smart agriculture (CSA), having worked for more than 40 years as a farmer, teacher, researcher, scholar, irrigation consultant and business owner. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy with an emphasis on technical and policy interventions to enhance irrigation efficiency in semi-arid and arid regions. Michael served as a CSA consultant for the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank in sub-Asia and West and East Africa, the German Development Fund in Palestine, the Sustainable Trade Initiative in Viet Nam, and the Inter-American Development Bank in Peru and Argentina. And he most recently authored the East Africa Smallholder Agricultural Program in Kenya Michael is the ‘expert speaker’ on climate change and agriculture for the United States Department of State having served the U.S. Government in Thailand, Uzbekistan, and Egypt. He began his career as the water, irrigation and farm manager for Kibbutz Gezer, Israel for 20 years. In his personal life, he’s blessed by a loving and supportive family lead by an incredibly patient wife, three children and three grandchildren and he’s passionate about ensuring the most beautiful planet possible for them.

Michiel brings 20 years of management experience to Moleaer as the head of European business. He has broad experience setting up new businesses and translating complex high-tech products into customer-centric value propositions that drive commercial success. A man of many talents, Michiel started his career in finance at renowned European bank ING. He then became an entrepreneur in the renewable energy sector, where he grew a multi-million dollar business. Before landing at Molear, Michiel transitioned once again to the Dutch Horticulture sector, where he set up the commercial activities for an innovative LED manufacturer.

Nicholas brings over 13 years of experience in water treatment to the Moleaer team, where he's been the Chief Executive Officer since 2017. Before Moleaer, he led global sales and marketing efforts at LG Chem Water Solutions and served as the company's Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at NanoH2O. An alumnus of Cornell University in New York, Nicholas also previously worked as a Global Product Manager for GE Water & Process Technologies.

Peter has over eight years of experience in electrical engineering with a wide range of experience in both high and low voltage systems. Prior to coming to Moleaer, he worked for Dataaire managing the electrical design for projects and was a cross-functional team member within the company. Peter is excited to bring his specialized skills and knowledge in electrical sciences and PLC programming to Moleaer. He received his Electrical Engineer Bachelor of Science from Mansoura University in Egypt and earned his general electrician diploma from SCIT California.

Pooya Mahmoudian

Pooya brings over 13 years of experience in R&D and product development to the Moleaer team. With a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering, he is passionate about developing new products and solving complex engineering problems. Before joining Moleaer, Pooya was the R&D Senior Program Manager at the Ingersoll Rand’s Precision Science and Technology division. He has successfully led cross-functional teams to launch highly profitable and strategic products for the aerospace and energy sectors throughout his career. He has two patents and several technical papers in compression and controls topics. His volunteer work includes serving as a peer-reviewer and session chair for ASME conferences.

Robbie comes to Moleaer with over 20 years of experience supporting diverse organizations on two continents in various professional roles, including CEO of Mississippi Enterprise for Technology, Inc, a non-profit that advocates and connects NASA Stennis Space Center with the South Mississippi Space and Defense Ecosystem. Prior to his role as CEO, Robbie worked at the University of Southern Mississippi where he led the Innovation and Commercialization Park and Accelerator. Robbie holds executive certificates from MIT Sloan School of Management in Management and Leadership; Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management; and Strategy and Innovation as well as an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation and Technology (ACE in MIT). He holds a bachelor's degree from University of Southern Mississippi in French.

Roel has had an interest in water since childhood, growing up near the sea and in the famous Westland where his parents run a flower greenhouse. After finishing his Bachelor of Built Environment & Water Management at the Hogeschool of Rotterdam in 2015, Roel worked in several international roles in the Dutch Horticulture sector. Roel joined Moleaer in April 2020 as a research engineer. In this role, Roel analyzes how nanobubbles affect various crops and supports partners and customers with technical services in Europe.

Sandrine Garnier

With 20 years of experience in international partnerships and a Ph.D. in Polymer Sciences from the Universities of Nancy in France and Pretoria in South Africa, Sandrine is based in the United Kingdom, but native from French & Dutch parents, has a strong knowledge of European business culture and technical sciences backgound. She started her career as an R&D Chemist with Bostik, later moving into business development and technical sales with OMNVA Solutions. Most recently, Sandrine was the Managing Director of Addmaster UK Ltd, which specializes in technically innovative additives for the plastics, paper, textile, paints, and coatings industries. Sandrine is excited to bring her expertise to Moleaer’s Corporate Development Team where she will identify, launch, and support new projects with strategic partners in Europe focused on how Moleaer can incorporate nanobubble technology inside consumer products. In her free time, Sandrine enjoys running, cycling and Nordic skiing.

Santiago Arcila

Santiago Arcila joins the Moleaer team, bringing over 30 years of extensive development, technical, financial, and analytical experience in both domestic and international water infrastructures. Leading acquisitions, investments and divestments, Santiago has an in-depth understanding of economics for water, electric power, biofuels and other infrastructure sectors. He is fluent in English and Spanish with conversant knowledge in Portuguese. Santiago earned his MBA in finance & international business from the University of Houston and a BS in civil engineering from Escuela de Ingeniera de Antioquia Medellin in Colombia, South America. Before becoming the Senior Project Manager at Moleaer, Santiago was the Vice President for Business Development in Latin America for the Seven Seas Water Corporation where he developed and led the strategic expansion into Latin America and Florida. He has also worked at BP Biofuels, PSEG and Intergen.

Sebastián Sánchez Gerritsen

Prior to joining Moleaer Inc., Sebastian served as category manager for the Dutch wholesaler MegaGroup Trade B.V., where he was responsible for the irrigation market in North Europe. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Sales Manager North Europe for NaanDanJain, one of the biggest Israeli irrigation manufacturers in the world. Also, during his sales career, he was Sales & Marketing manager at the Dutch start-up company Ceradis B.V., where he developed environmentally friendly crop protection products. Having graduated from Wageningen University in the Netherlands, he wants to be part of solving the agricultural challenge of maximizing production with limited resources by introducing new sustainable technologies. Sebastian has contributed to a successful series of company acquisitions with a value exceeding $10 million, as well as the introduction of countless new agricultural solutions while maintaining double digit yearly growth in all his previous roles.

Sohail comes to Moleaer with over 20 years in leading global research and development teams. Prior to Moleaer, Sohail was Head of R&D and Innovation for Decco, a UPL company, the global leader in decay, sanitation, and freshness management solutions for the postharvest fruit and vegetable industry. Before Decco, Sohail was with Avery Dennison where he led the creation of their global innovation center in Pune, India. Sohail has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Louisville.

Stephen's interest in agriculture began during his childhood growing up on his family's strawberry farm. This passion for agriculture led Stephen to earn his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Systems Management with a minor in Agricultural Business from California Polytechnic State University. He has worked as an irrigation technician at the Irrigation and Training Research Center in San Luis Obispo, CA, a Substrate Technician and Specialist at Reiter Affiliated Companies and a Sales Manager at RDO Water and Priva Inc. He has experience designing solutions for automated irrigation in greenhouses and outdoor growing. He enjoys building relationships with local farmers to help them increase yields and improve plant health through well-designed irrigation systems.

Zening Liu

Zening is an enthusiastic chemist with an established research background in colloidal and surface chemistry of nanophase materials. He earned his Master of Science in Applied Chemistry from Huazhong Agricultural University with research interests in photocatalysts. He then moved to the U.S. and accomplished his Ph.D. in Chemistry at Auburn University where his research focused on surface chemistry of colloidal liposomes. After that, he joined Oak Ridge National Laboratory as a postdoctoral research associate studying soft matter. In his free time, Zening is full of passion for line art hand drawing and never declines an opportunity to visit galleries and museums. He also enjoys cooking, using his sense of chemistry to make delicious Sichuan cuisine. Beyond that, Zening loves being outdoors and appreciating natural wonders.
