He has led the launch and successful expansion of three early-stage startups as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing since 2016. Prior to this, Baji served as Director of New Product Development at Energy Recovery Inc. and held various global management positions at General Electric. His roles at GE included North American Field Services Leader and General Manager of the Caribbean desalination business. He previously worked as a technical assistant for water quality problems throughout Venezuela and assisted in developing and evaluating conceptual engineering projects for drinking water treatment plant rehabilitation. Cesar is enthusiastic about working towards sustainable water treatment and resource conservation. View BiographyChris began his career in commercial landscape construction in the 1990s. With a lifelong passion for watersports and a family of boating industry professionals, Chris's passion for water merged into his career in the early 2000s. He owned and operated a 20+ person landscape construction, site development, and soils company and was an early adopter in natural pond construction. In the late 2000s, Chris worked business development and sales for a large forestry equipment dealer, then operated a large forest products /sawmill company that brought him from Minnesota to the West Coast in 2012. In 2017, Chris joined the water treatment industry. At Moleaer, he's turned his passion for renewable resources and water treatment expertise into revolutionary business development initiatives.

At Moleaer, Christian is an application engineer and manages applied research for surface water and other application development. He also coordinates nanobubble research with U.S. academic partners, studying their applications in separation, oxygenation, and oxidation applications. Christian earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering and M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh where his research focused on AOP technology development for contaminant removal.

Gray worked on a wireline truck for eight years before moving into management and sales roles. He joined GE Water & Process Technologies in 2004 as an application development engineer and progressed through roles of increasing responsibility with GE and successor organizations including Suez Water Technologies and Solutions and Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions. He was the Regional Executive for the S. Asia from 2011 through 2015 and Senior Vice President for the Asia Pacific business from 2015 through 2018. In his most recent role as Executive Vice President – Chemical Monitoring Solutions at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions, he provided product and P&L leadership for the global and North American business. Prior to joining GE, Hoshang worked with Air Products for seven years. Hoshang earned three degrees in Chemical Engineering including a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin.

His experience started in the installation of underground utilities and led to managing operations of a medium size sanitary district. John is a California State Water Resources Control Board Grade V and Texas Commission on Environment Quality Class A wastewater treatment plant operator, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering management from Arizona State University. He strives to use his strong problem-solving skills to improve efficiency, reduce costs and ultimately, provide a better product to the customer at a lower cost. Because of his passion for protecting public health and the environment, he pursues emerging technologies to overcome complex process challenges. As part of the Water Process Engineering team, he will work to advance the application of nanobubble technology in water, wastewater, and industrial waste treatment.

Additionally, he holds several patents in the field of enhanced oil recovery, including some using nanotechnology. He has a master’s degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Chemistry from Ball State University.

View BiographyKuojiang is a seasoned thermal-fluid engineer with over a decade of experience in propulsion thermal-fluid systems, advanced cooling technology, heat transfer enhancement, and fluid-structure interaction. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Before joining Moleaer, Kuojiang was a Staff Motor Thermal-Fluid Engineer at Rivian, where he led projects in EV motors, heat exchangers, and HVAC systems. He is proficient in various engineering software and has extensive experience in lab experiments, system validation, and manufacturing support. Outside of work, Kuojiang enjoys exploring new technologies, hiking, and spending time with his family.

View BiographyLaureanne is passionate about science and environmental protection with extensive experience in wastewater treatment. She earned her M.S in Mechanical Engineering for Renewable Energy from Sorbonne University in Paris, France. In the meantime, she worked as Business Engineer for a gates and screening supplier, discovering a new interest for water treatment. Laureanne pursued her career with a Ph.D. in the same University on cavitation bubbles and catalysts-based technologies to degrade organic molecules. She then moved to the U.S. and worked as Project Engineer in a wastewater treatment plant in Long Island, New York. View BiographyMohamed is a research scientist at Moleaer and conducts applied research on the interaction of nanobubble science and electrochemistry. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California Irvine and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. Born in Denver, CO, on the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Mohamed developed an attraction to the outdoors and natural wonders. His love for nature created a curiosity about how human activities affect our environment, driving his passion for the field of renewable energy. To pursue this passion, he studied electricity generation from hydrogen using solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) and the application of SOFCs in microgrids during his undergraduate research. This later propelled him to apply the concepts of electrochemistry, fluid mechanics, and colloidal chemistry in his graduate studies researching liquid-fed proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrodes, particularly those used in direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC) and PEM water electrolyzers.
