Andrea has a passion for protecting the environment and has dedicated her career to improving water quality using new and emerging technologies. She has a broad-based knowledge of water and wastewater treatment design, specializing in biological and chemical oxidation processes and gas-to-liquid transfer. In her current role, Andrea leads the Application Engineering team at Moleaer, where her research focuses on developing the science of nanobubbles and their application within the Water-Environment-Food nexus.

Brad has more than 14 years of water industry expertise, with extensive experience in municipal and industrial water and wastewater applications, including power, mining, petrochemical, municipal solid waste, dairy, food and beverage, groundwater remediation, and protein. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from the University of Nebraska. He is also a licensed professional engineer in the state of Connecticut.

Bruce brings over 25 years of experience in chemicals and equipment within the water and wastewater treatment industries. In 2002, he founded SoCal Water; a company focused on after-market service of existing industrial and wastewater facilities. Bruce is a graduate of California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor’s in Engineering and earned his MBA from the University Southern California.

Byran has 20 years of experience in the global water industry. Prior to joining Moleaer, Bryan spent seven years as Chief Executive Officer of Voltea, which specialized in water purification; prior to this, Bryan co-founded and served as the Vice President of Operations for Seven Seas Water, during the company's early-stage growth in water production and wastewater treatment plants. Bryan earned a PhD from the School of Polymers and High Performance Materials at the University of Southern Mississippi, and lead the Caribbean BOO portfolio for GE Water & Process Technologies as Program Manager.
Business Development Manager, Western RegionView Biography
Chris began his career in commercial landscape construction in the 1990s. With a lifelong passion for watersports and a family of boating industry professionals, Chris's passion for water merged into his career in the early 2000s. He owned and operated a 20+ person landscape construction, site development, and soils company and was an early adopter in natural pond construction. In the late 2000s, Chris worked business development and sales for a large forestry equipment dealer, then operated a large forest products /sawmill company that brought him from Minnesota to the West Coast in 2012. In 2017, Chris joined the water treatment industry. At Moleaer, he's turned his passion for renewable resources and water treatment expertise into revolutionary business development initiatives.

Christian joined Moleaer in 2019 with a strong passion for clean water technology and application development. At Moleaer, Christian is an application engineer and manages applied research for surface water and other application development. He also coordinates nanobubble research with U.S. academic partners, studying their applications in separation, oxygenation, and oxidation applications. Christian earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering and M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh where his research focused on AOP technology development for contaminant removal.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Moleaer, Colin is responsible for designing new products. He earned a Bachelor's degree at Arizona State University and earned a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles. Colin believes nanobubbles' benefits in horticulture and aquatic industries make them an obvious solution. He enjoys the opportunity to make a positive impact on the world by working at Moleaer.

Senior Manufacturing EngineerView Biography
Derek comes to Moleaer with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Cal Poly Pomona. Before joining the engineering team at Moleaer, Derek worked in industrial equipment manufacturing at a company specializing in facility safety and loading dock equipment. He also has experience as a product designer for an industrial crating and packaging company called Transpak.

Duy graduated from University of California, Riverside with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering. He has always been facinated with biology and engineering and learned that the word engineer comes from the latin ingeniare, meaning “to create or devise”. He chose a career with Moleaer in the water industry because water is a resource needed for all life and people often take water for granted. In his free time, Duy enjoys repairing motorcycles and automating aquarium systems into more sustainable ecosystems.

Eli is a Certified Lake Manager, an accreditation conferred by the North American Lake Management Society (NALMS). Eli also holds a Pest Control Advisor (PCA) license issued by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation. From 2016 to 2019, Eli served as the President of the California Lake Management Society, a statewide network of individuals, lake associations, and public fund representatives devoted to the preservation and protection of California’s lakes. Eli now serves as the Region 9 Director of NALMS (covering CA, NV, AZ, HI). He also holds a board position on the California Weed Science Society, the premier authoritative source of information on weed biology and weed management in California. Eli received his undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara in 2007, where he majored in Geographic Information Science, and completed his Master's Degree and thesis on Eutrophication of Lakes and Vegetation Management in 2013.

Federico was born in Rimini, Italy, land of Fellini, wine and bathing suits. Setting aside his natural attraction for the arts, he studied at Universita Politecnica delle Marche, where he graduated with both Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering, focusing on water treatment. He then moved to California and obtained his Ph.D at the University of California, Irvine with a dissertation focused on the optimization of wastewater treatment.

Fernando has more than 30 years of experince in the aquaculture industry in Chile, with extensive background in research and development organizations and in the salmon farming industry. He has a degree in Aquaculture Engineering from the Universidad de Los Lagos (Chile), a master's degree in environmental management from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña and a master's degree in project management from the Universidad de León (Spain).

Gray started his career in the oilfields of Andrews, Texas, where he eventually became a leading field engineer. Gray worked on a wireline truck for eight years before moving into management and sales roles. He's now bringing his lifetime of agricultural and industrial experience to the water treatment industry as a service technician and oilfield salesperson at Moleaer.

Igor is an industrial automation and electronics engineer with 15 years of working experience as an instrumentation and control engineer, commissioning engineer, project engineer and IT consultant in the sectors of oil and gas, solar power, and industrial water in Europe and Middle East. Igor earned an Executive Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Escuela de Negocios and possess engineering degrees from the University of Deusto in Spain. Igor supports Moleaer's business in Spain and the EU.

Jason brings his wealth of engineering experience and knowledge around water treatment solutions to Moleaer's eastern sales team. Jason has a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Civil and Environmental Engineering, both from UMBC. Before Moleaer, Jason held a research position at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). He has also worked in commercial sales roles for chemical and equipment firms focusing on industrial wastewater treatment solutions.

Jeff has spent his career successfully conceiving, founding, and growing disruptive technology-based businesses. He is currently Founder and Managing Director of Rusheen Capital Management (RCM), which invests in and assists with commercializing energy and water-related technologies. As Executive Chairman of Moleaer, Jeff strategizes and invests in critical initiatives that drive the future of industrial-scale nanobubble systems. Jeff is also the Executive Chairman of Pantheon Energy, a long-duration thermal energy storage developer, and Founder and Board Member of C4-MCP, a low-cost, low-emission hydrogen production technology with only solid carbon byproduct. At the end of 2014, he completed his run as founder, CEO, and Board Chair of NanoH2O, where he oversaw the rapid development of nanocomposite membranes from bench-scale research to next-generation commercial technology with over 300 installations in 40 countries in the three years from market launch. As a software entrepreneur, Jeff founded Archive, Inc. and Stamps.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: "STMP"). Jeff holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.

She has launched numerous new products, propelling them to commercial success in the U.S. and global marketplace. Jeri brings years of experience in Environmental Science to her role as a sales specialist at Moleaer. She brings high energy and a results-driven attitude to the sales team and takes great pride in the fact that Moleaer makes a product that positively affects the environment. Jeri grew up in Chicago, Illinois, where she earned a B.S. in Zoology at UNC-Chapel Hill (Go Heels!!) before heading to UC Santa Barbara, where she earned a Masters in Environmental Science.

Joel is a well-versed salesperson with over 30 years of sales and account management experience in the electrical and horticultural industries. As Moleaer's Canadian Sales Manager, he collaborates with greenhouse farmers, builders, and CEA providers. Joel helped introduce LED grow lights into the Canadian horticulture market in his previous role as the Canadian National Sales Manager for a leading LED grow lighting manufacturer. At Moleaer, Joel values and focuses on building relationships, providing a level of customer service excellence that meets the customer's needs, gets Moleaer noticed, remembered, and referred.

John possesses over twenty years of industrial, process, water and wastewater treatment experience, including chemical, pulp and paper, agricultural, municipal, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and consumer products. During his time at Nalco Ecolab and Solenis, John assisted in developing several new and innovative technologies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Mississippi State University.

John has more than 16 years of water industry expertise, with extensive experience in municipal and industrial water, especially in the domain of aeration, sludge treatment, UV applications and surface water remediation. He worked as a sales engineer and has designed in-vessel composting facilities. Most recently John worked as a sales manager responsible for Europe in the animal feed equipment aftermarket. He holds a bachelor’s degree from HAS University of applied Sciences, and lives in The Netherlands.

Josh is a social entrepreneur at heart, eager to solve global challenges through business solutions. At Moleaer, Josh serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. He joined Moleaer to help the company realize the full potential of nanobubble technology on the environment and society's ability to feed itself sustainably. Before Moleaer, Josh helped grow the nutrition brand Soylent by 400% over four years through leadership roles in corporate strategy, retail and Amazon sales, marketing, and international growth. Josh also previously worked for Bain & Company in Los Angeles, where he partnered with Fortune 500 clients in entertainment, energy, hospitality, insurance, non-profits, and private equity. Juan Paul has worked in the water industry over 13 years at Pentair as a senior sustaining engineer. A man of many talents, Michiel started his career in finance at renowned European bank ING. He then became an entrepreneur in the renewable energy sector, where he grew a multi-million dollar business. Before landing at Molear, Michiel transitioned once again to the Dutch Horticulture sector, where he set up the commercial activities for an innovative LED manufacturer.

Nicholas brings over 13 years of experience in water treatment to the Moleaer team, where he's been the Chief Executive Officer since 2017. Paola has more than 15 years of experience in the water treatment industry. She has worked for companies focused on chemical water treatment, including Nalco, as well as technology solutions for different water industry applications. She has been a part of challenging projects where she created sustainable and tailored solutions for complex systems. Paola has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in environmental engineering from the Universidad de las Americas, Mexico, both focused in wastewater treatment. Pooya brings over 13 years of experience in R&D and product development to the Moleaer team. With a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering, he is passionate about developing new products and solving complex engineering problems. Before joining Moleaer, Pooya was the R&D Senior Program Manager at the Ingersoll Rand’s Precision Science and Technology division. He has successfully led cross-functional teams to launch highly profitable and strategic products for the aerospace and energy sectors throughout his career. He has two patents and several technical papers in compression and controls topics. His volunteer work includes serving as a peer-reviewer and session chair for ASME conferences.

Roel has had an interest in water since childhood, growing up near the sea and in the famous Westland where his parents run a flower greenhouse. After finishing his Bachelor of Built Environment & Water Management at the Hogeschool of Rotterdam in 2015, Roel worked in several international roles in the Dutch Horticulture sector. Roel joined Moleaer in April 2020 as a research engineer. In this role, Roel analyzes how nanobubbles affect various crops and supports partners and customers with technical services in Europe.

Steve has over a decade of manufacturing experience in various industries within Southern California, working in both Engineering & Operations. Before becoming the Senior Operations Manager at Moleaer, Steve was the Production Manager for Snap AV’s Sunbrite TV division, building Outdoor television sets for residential & commercial markets. Steven received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego in 2009.

Tascha brings measured experience in finance operations and acquisition to her position as Moleaer’s Director of Finance. Prior to joining Moleaer in 2019, Tascha worked for AECOM as an Operations and Strategy Manager and a Merger and Acquisitions Manager. Before that, Tascha worked in private equity, where she assessed acquisition opportunities and built robust cash flow models. Tascha earned her M.S. in Finance at the University of Denver and a B.S. in Marine Biology at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.

Warren is an experienced entrepreneur with over 15 years of business management experience in the wastewater treatment and environmental services industries of Southern Africa and the Middle East. Prior to leading the commercial efforts for Moleaer, Warren, a graduate of the University of South Africa, founded Erogfit USA and Evadine Technologies, which focused on environmental consulting and designing wastewater treatment processes for municipal, industrial, oil, and gas applications.
