View BiographyBaji possesses 25 years of industrial water and environmental services expertise. He has led the launch and successful expansion of three early-stage startups as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing since 2016. Prior to this, Baji served as Director of New Product Development at Energy Recovery Inc. and held various global management positions at General Electric. His roles at GE included North American Field Services Leader and General Manager of the Caribbean desalination business. Baji earned an MBA degree from The University of Chicago's Booth School of Business, a Master’s degree in hazardous waste management from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Osmania University in India.

Prior to Moleaer, he served as Sales Coordinator at Valent Biosciences, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Chemical, worldwide leaders of Biorational Chemistry for the agriculture market. Benjamin founded Kapicua in 2018 in Chile and Peru and pioneered the implementation of Moleaer nanobubble technology in outdoor irrigation in Latin America.

For the last 17 years, Bob has dedicated his free time to Testudine preservation and protection.

View BiographyCesar has worked in the water and wastewater industry for 18 years with an extensive background in water quality analysis, wastewater, and drinking water treatment plant operation and maintenance. He previously worked as a technical assistant for water quality problems throughout Venezuela and assisted in developing and evaluating conceptual engineering projects for drinking water treatment plant rehabilitation. Cesar is enthusiastic about working towards sustainable water treatment and resource conservation. He earned a Chemical Engineering degree from Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela, a Masters in Wastewater Treatment and Management from Alicante University in Spain, and an Advanced Masters in Technologies for Integrated Water Management from Antwerp University in Belgium.

View BiographyChris began his career in commercial landscape construction in the 1990s. With a lifelong passion for watersports and a family of boating industry professionals, Chris's passion for water merged into his career in the early 2000s. He owned and operated a 20+ person landscape construction, site development, and soils company and was an early adopter in natural pond construction. In the late 2000s, Chris worked business development and sales for a large forestry equipment dealer, then operated a large forest products /sawmill company that brought him from Minnesota to the West Coast in 2012. In 2017, Chris joined the water treatment industry. At Moleaer, he's turned his passion for renewable resources and water treatment expertise into revolutionary business development initiatives.

At Moleaer, Christian is an application engineer and manages applied research for surface water and other application development. He also coordinates nanobubble research with U.S. academic partners, studying their applications in separation, oxygenation, and oxidation applications. Christian earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering and M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh where his research focused on AOP technology development for contaminant removal.

View BiographyGray started his career in the oilfields of Andrews, Texas, where he eventually became a leading field engineer. Gray worked on a wireline truck for eight years before moving into management and sales roles. He's now bringing his lifetime of agricultural and industrial experience to the water treatment industry as a service technician and oilfield salesperson at Moleaer.

View BiographyHoshang brings over 18 years of experience in the global water treatment business. He joined GE Water & Process Technologies in 2004 as an application development engineer and progressed through roles of increasing responsibility with GE and successor organizations including Suez Water Technologies and Solutions and Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions. He was the Regional Executive for the S. Asia from 2011 through 2015 and Senior Vice President for the Asia Pacific business from 2015 through 2018. In his most recent role as Executive Vice President – Chemical Monitoring Solutions at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions, he provided product and P&L leadership for the global and North American business. Prior to joining GE, Hoshang worked with Air Products for seven years. Hoshang earned three degrees in Chemical Engineering including a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin.

His experience started in the installation of underground utilities and led to managing operations of a medium size sanitary district. John is a California State Water Resources Control Board Grade V and Texas Commission on Environment Quality Class A wastewater treatment plant operator, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering management from Arizona State University. He strives to use his strong problem-solving skills to improve efficiency, reduce costs and ultimately, provide a better product to the customer at a lower cost. Because of his passion for protecting public health and the environment, he pursues emerging technologies to overcome complex process challenges. As part of the Water Process Engineering team, he will work to advance the application of nanobubble technology in water, wastewater, and industrial waste treatment.

View BiographyKevin is a veteran of the oil and gas industry, in both O&G production as well as technical sales. In his previous role, he was the Global Oil and Gas sales director for The Linde Group, working on improved and enhanced oil and gas recovery using CO2, nitrogen, and natural gas liquids. Additionally, he holds several patents in the field of enhanced oil recovery, including some using nanotechnology. He has a master’s degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Chemistry from Ball State University.

View BiographyKevin graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Biology and focused on studying sustainability and regenerative practices. Kevin is interested in ways to mesh society's current practices with more sustainable means. Fascinated with biomimicry, he loves learning about how nature has evolved to create its own solutions and how humans can utilize these solutions to solve complex human issues. Since graduating Kevin has worked in an analytical chemistry lab for the past three years, running instrumentation and data analysis. With his experience with biology and chemistry, Kevin hopes to bring a more sustainable future through his work with nanobubble technology at Moleaer. The applications for nanobubble technology seem to be endless and he hopes to bring some of these promising applications to fruition. View BiographyLaureanne is passionate about science and environmental protection with extensive experience in wastewater treatment. She earned her M.S in Mechanical Engineering for Renewable Energy from Sorbonne University in Paris, France. In the meantime, she worked as Business Engineer for a gates and screening supplier, discovering a new interest for water treatment. Laureanne pursued her career with a Ph.D. in the same University on cavitation bubbles and catalysts-based technologies to degrade organic molecules. She then moved to the U.S. and worked as Project Engineer in a wastewater treatment plant in Long Island, New York. Afterwards, she joined Caltech as Postdoctoral Research Associate to characterize ozone bubbles in a packed column for toilet water treatment. As an R&D Scientist at Moleaer, Laureanne studies nanobubbles properties to develop new applications in water and wastewater treatment.

She also brings experience as an Environmental Engineer at MWH Global, where she specialized in soil and water remediation. At Moleaer, Leah strives to combine her personal interest in green solutions with developing opportunities for Moleaer in the Food Safety segments. Leah earned a BS in Environmental Engineering from Lehigh University and MBA focusing on strategic management and marketing from Villanova University.

View BiographyMario Mondo joins Moleaer with 25 years of management, commercial and operational experience in water treatment companies operating over sixty water treatment facilities in twenty different countries. He was one of the original founders of AquaVenture Holdings Limited in 2006, which sold for $1.1 billion in 2020. He brings an extensive background in the water industry and executive level management to Moleaer as the Director of Global Services. He possesses certification in diesel technology from the Wyoming Technical Institute.
Business Development Manager, Irrigation Water, West US
View BiographyMatt joins Moleaer with over 30 years of business experience in Irrigation with all types of water and applications. Primary markets that he has been involved with include agriculture, landscape, greenhouse, and golf. Matt was the National Sales Manager at Amiad Water Systems for over 10 years and worked in irrigation, filtration, design, specifications, and a multitude of crops throughout the country. Unique projects involving groundwater recharge, wastewater for irrigation and recycled water projects have helped to round out Matt’s professional experiences. Matt also was a branch manager of agricultural supply stores in California for over 10 years that specialized in aqueous fertilizers for pressurized water systems. Matt enjoys production agriculture for all crops and currently is an active partner in his family farm (almonds & walnuts) in Northern California. He graduated from Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business Management & a minor in Crop Science. In his spare time, he enjoys running and playing in a church basketball league for the past 20 years and hanging out with his beautiful grandchildren.

His background includes marketing strategy and execution for multi-national efforts in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East at startups and large international companies. Prior to Moleaer, he was the regional manager for Bioscore, a start-up in Spain that helps assess and certify hotels for international sustainability strategy and standards. Prior to that, he worked for Marriott International and Starwood Hotels and Resorts in international, brand and digital marketing. Mauricio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomic Engineering from Universidad Centro Occidental Lisandro Alvarado, Venezuela and an MBA from Universidad de Deusto in San Sebastián, Spain. He is bilingual in Spanish and English and has intermediate knowledge of Italian. He originally hails from Venezuela and currently lives in Valencia, Spain.

View BiographyMichael is a senior expert and practitioner in climate-smart agriculture (CSA), having worked for more than 40 years as a farmer, teacher, researcher, scholar, irrigation consultant and business owner. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy with an emphasis on technical and policy interventions to enhance irrigation efficiency in semi-arid and arid regions. Michael served as a CSA consultant for the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank in sub-Asia and West and East Africa, the German Development Fund in Palestine, the Sustainable Trade Initiative in Viet Nam, and the Inter-American Development Bank in Peru and Argentina. And he most recently authored the East Africa Smallholder Agricultural Program in Kenya. Michael is the ‘expert speaker’ on climate change and agriculture for the United States Department of State serving the U.S. Government in Thailand, Uzbekistan, and Egypt. He began his career as the water, irrigation and farm manager for Kibbutz Gezer in Israel for 20 years. In his personal life, he’s blessed with a loving and supportive family led by an incredibly patient wife, three children and three grandchildren. Michael is passionate about ensuring they have the most beautiful planet possible.

Before landing at Molear, Michiel transitioned once again to the Dutch Horticulture sector, where he set up the commercial activities for an innovative LED manufacturer.

View BiographyMiguel is an industrial engineer from the University of Malaga with almost 20 years of work experience in different engineering and manufacturing roles. Prior to joining Moleaer, he worked as plant manager for International Paper, the quality and environmental manager for Smurfit Kappa, and the industrial manager of an organic fruit and vegetable packaging plant. Miguel joins Moleaer to manage and oversee the development and implementation of Moleaer’s new Almeria, Spain manufacturing facility and office, establishing the supply chain, supervising the assembly line, and guaranteeing units are distributed from Spain to the rest of Europe and the Middle East.

View BiographyMohamed is a research scientist at Moleaer and conducts applied research on the interaction of nanobubble science and electrochemistry. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California Irvine and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. Born in Denver, CO, on the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Mohamed developed an attraction to the outdoors and natural wonders. His love for nature created a curiosity about how human activities affect our environment, driving his passion for the field of renewable energy. To pursue this passion, he studied electricity generation from hydrogen using solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) and the application of SOFCs in microgrids during his undergraduate research. This later propelled him to apply the concepts of electrochemistry, fluid mechanics, and colloidal chemistry in his graduate studies researching liquid-fed proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrodes, particularly those used in direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC) and PEM water electrolyzers.

Also, during his sales career, he was Sales & Marketing manager at the Dutch start-up company Ceradis B.V., where he developed environmentally friendly crop protection products. Having graduated from Wageningen University in the Netherlands, he wants to be part of solving the agricultural challenge of maximizing production with limited resources by introducing new sustainable technologies. After that, he joined Oak Ridge National Laboratory as a postdoctoral research associate studying soft matter. He also enjoys cooking, using his sense of chemistry to make delicious Sichuan cuisine. Beyond that, Zening loves being outdoors and appreciating natural wonders.
