Field Results Show Car Wash Reclaim Can Go Further using Nanobubble Solutions
Multi-site deployments show ~50% fresh water reduction; industry veteran Jason Sears appointed Commercial Lead
Hawthorne, CA, February 17, 2026 – Numerous car wash deployments have now demonstrated that reclaim water can be reliably used in more demanding wash stages than previously possible, delivering roughly 50% reductions in fresh water by using Moleaer’s reclaim-focused nanobubble solutions. Improved reclaim performance enabled reliable reuse in additional wash stages, with installations completed quickly (<1 day) and minimal changes to existing infrastructure.
The deployments also demonstrated improved reclaim stability, including elimination of odor issues commonly associated with anaerobic conditions, reinforcing the importance of correct system integration and sustained operational performance.
