Auto Suds West is a high-volume express car wash operator in Pennsylvania, processing more than 100,000 vehicles annually. Like many modern car wash facilities, the company already operated a reclaim system designed to capture and reuse water throughout the wash process.
But despite having reclaim infrastructure in place, limitations in reclaim water quality restricted how much recycled water could actually be reused throughout the tunnel. Freshwater demand remained high, operating costs continued to rise, and the facility faced growing pressure tied to municipal water demand and sewer fees.

Seeking a way to improve reclaim performance without disrupting operations or overhauling existing infrastructure, Auto Suds West partnered with Moleaer to integrate nanobubble technology into its reclaim water system.
Following implementation, the facility achieved up to a 43% reduction in freshwater use per vehicle, saving approximately 1.9 million gallons of freshwater annually while significantly lowering water and sewer costs.
