Hawthorne, CA, February 17, 2026 – Numerous car wash deployments have now demonstrated that reclaim water can be reliably used in more demanding wash stages than previously possible, delivering roughly 50% reductions in fresh water by using Moleaer’s reclaim-focused nanobubble solutions. Moleaer, the global leader in nanobubble technology, has also appointed industry veteran Jason Sears as Commercial Lead to support operators integrating reclaim solutions across single-site and multi-site operations.
As water costs rise and reclaim expectations increase, car wash operators are under growing pressure to extend reuse without compromising wash quality or operational reliability. Moleaer has expanded its footprint by enabling operators to push reclaim systems beyond traditional limits through its patented nanobubble technology and proven process expertise.
Recent deployments in Pennsylvania validated the effectiveness of Moleaer’s reclaim-focused solution. After integrating into existing reclaim infrastructure, sites achieved between 35-50% reductions in fresh water consumption. At one site, this equated to roughly 3 million gallons of water saved per year. Improved reclaim performance enabled reliable reuse in additional wash stages, with installations completed quickly (<1 day) and minimal changes to existing infrastructure.
The deployments also demonstrated improved reclaim stability, including elimination of odor issues commonly associated with anaerobic conditions, reinforcing the importance of correct system integration and sustained operational performance.
“These results validate what we’ve seen across water-intensive industries for a decade,” said Josh Bachner, SVP of Corporate Development. “When nanobubble technology is applied with the right execution, operators can reliably reduce fresh water demand while maintaining consistent wash performance.”
To support continued growth, Moleaer also announced the appointment of Jason Sears as Commercial Lead for the Car Wash Industry. Sears brings 25 years of vehicle care experience spanning equipment, chemicals, point-of-sale systems, and national distribution, with leadership roles at Hamilton Manufacturing, Sonny’s Enterprises, Ecolab Vehicle Care, Innovative Control Systems, and most recently Istobal USA.
“The car wash industry is results-driven,” said Jason Sears. “Operators want solutions that perform consistently across sites and seasons. As leaders in nanobubble technology, Moleaer has demonstrated that level of reliability, and I’m excited to help scale that impact across the industry.”
With a decade of experience and thousands of nanobubble solutions deployed globally across demanding water applications, Moleaer continues to apply proven technology and brings water and nanobubble expertise to help car wash operators do more with existing infrastructure.
