In Vero Beach, FL, the lake at the eighteenth hole at a private golf club community was designed as a feature to be enjoyed by golfers while challenging their golf game. However, frequent algae blooms started covering the surface, leading to poor water quality and clarity as well as foul odors.
Moleaer’s channel partner and professional lake management company, Aquatic Balance, recommended that their client address the root cause of the algae with the installation of two of Moleaer’s nanobubble generators. The nanobubble technology was able to oxygenate and oxidize the algae blooms, which cleared up the lake and reduced the odors.
